If you, or someone you represent, meet our criteria as set out on the ‘who can apply’ webpage and you think that what you need falls under our ‘what can we help with’ webpage then the Charity would love to hear from you.
In order to apply we will need to know;
- Who you are (or who you are nominating)
- Where you (or your nominee) live
- The nature of your (their) illness
- What help you (they) need
- Why they / you are unable to buy the item(s) they / you are seeking
- Contact details – email and phone number if possible
If nominating someone for help we will need to know your connection with the individual eg, family, friend, social services, community support or other charity etc. We will also need your contact details as per item 5 above.

IN ALL CASES BY APPLYING YOU WILL BE CONSENTING TO EDMONTON AID IN SICKNESS HOLDING THE INFORMATION ABOVE AND THE RESULTS OF ANY ACTION BY EAIS ON FILE UNDER THE CURRENT RELEVANT DATA PROTECTION RULES. WE MAY ALSO HAVE TO SHARE YOUR DETAILS WITH COMPANIES AND / OR ORGANISATIONS THAT HELP US PROVIDE THESE SERVICES.
